At Providence Christian Academy DE Corp., our mission is to partner with families to provide a Christ-centered, academically excellent, and spiritually enriching education that equips students to become courageous, compassionate, and confident leaders. Rooted in biblical truth and committed to the whole-child development—spirit, mind, and body—we aim to cultivate a generation that stands unshakeable in faith, purpose, and character in a changing world.

1. Christ-Centered Education: We believe Jesus Christ is the foundation of all truth and knowledge. Every subject, relationship, and decision is rooted in a biblical worldview.
2. Academic Excellence: We pursue excellence in teaching and learning, equipping students with the skills, knowledge, and wisdom needed to thrive academically and lead purposefully.
3. Spiritual Formation: We are committed to nurturing each student’s personal relationship with Christ, fostering spiritual growth, moral integrity, and a life of prayer and worship.

We envision a thriving community where students grow in wisdom and grace, pursue excellence in all areas of life, and become leaders who stand unshakeable in their calling—ready to serve, love, and lead in their homes, communities, and beyond.

STATEMENT OF FAITH

Providence Christian Academy believes the following truths are essential in our desire to enlighten and teach every soul that we have an opportunity to minister to:

1. God is the Creator and Sustainer of all things and the source of all truth. (Colossians 1:15-17)

2. God created man and woman in His image, but they rebelled against Him. Therefore sin came upon all mankind. (Genesis 1:27, Romans 3:23)

3. God provided a way of restoration for all mankind. He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to be the sacrifice for all sin. Therefore, each student is encouraged to receive Jesus as their personal savior. (John 3:16)

4. PCA believes, though there are many churches represented, unity is found in Jesus, who is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. (John 14:6)

5. The real Teacher in our lives as believers is the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, who develops Christ-like character qualities. (Galatians 5:22)

6. The Bible is the authoritative, inerrant, sufficient Word of God. All truth is ultimately God's truth. (II Timothy 3:16-17)
